If you are intelligent ,then apply your brain/knowledge for execution of work.If you think you are incapable/unintelligent ,you can not seek the idea for execution of work assigned to you ,then surrender and keep quite.You will observe the work has itself searched the way of its execution,which was the most ideal/suitable.Means we are nothing and even if we shall not be there the work has to be executed....nothing will stop....As the actual executor is only one....the God. and we are nobody..
