Our pain,sufferings itself is "Christ".It may be used as medicine, if handled properly,creatively without getting frustrated,without being depressed.
As nobody on this earth could become like Christ/great person ,without suffering from pain.or without bearing pain.So we must have high tolerance against pain.
So the great Poet "Hariwansh Roy Bachchan has told,
