I personally regard those persons,who are always ready to vacate their seats for their Juniors/ younger and train their younger in such a way that they shall be competent enough to keep the prestige of chair ,life long.Too me such type of persons are never attached with the worldly things ,they do their duties only,as they are the most affectionate people of the God.They have nothing precious more than the love between them and the God/living things of the world.
