I apprehend,the tough punishments formulated or being formulated by the parliament/Government against rape cases may cause murder of the victims by the culprits in 100% cases at the time of rape.it may imperil the lives of our girls much more.Then it shall be very difficult to identify these culprits.So let the culprit be in dilemma/illusion that they can be spared by the court,even if they do this devilish act.The matter should be dealt tactfully ,socially .We may hang them till death ,punish them rigorously but it should not be on papers of rules and regulations,statutorily,to trap the culprits to take them to the repercussion, socially ,against their heinous crime.
