Intelligence can Not be Suppressed

An Air Bubble ,even if,it is suppressed to the bottom of a water level ,it has always tendency to come up,and the moment the suppression is over it comes at the top level of water,rapidly.Good/noble/knowledgeable/ intelligent people are always like air bubbles, as nothing can stop them from coming up.
